Troop 228 is located in Flowery Branch, GA. We meet every Monday night from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the Flowery Branch Masonic Lodge 212, our chartering organization. Our boy run, boy led, troop is very active and we have something to offer scouts of any age and interest. In addition to monthly outings such as camping and hiking we are involved in many community projects. And, in the past few years we have participated in a week-long summer camp at Camp Rainey Mountain in the beautiful Northeast Georgia mountains.

We have adult leaders with experience in all types of camping and outdoor activities including: climbing, canoeing, backpacking, snow sports, archery, fishing, rifle and shotgun shooting. The adult leaders help us put together the plans for our activities.
